Question: Any Affordable Ways To Reduce Cellulite?
I realize cellulite is merely fat, but aren’t there treatments to help flatten the appearance of cellulite?
I am not too overweight, and I exercise quite often. My cellulite is not unbearably hideous, but it does make me reluctant to wear shorts in public.
Other than dieting down from a size 6 to a size 1, are there any affordable products or home remedies that can help?
Incidentally, I’ve tried anti-cellulite creams, but most are too expensive for me to use on a daily/nightly basis.
I’ve noticed that caffeine and seaweed are frequent ingredients in cellulite creams, however. Are there any home remedies involving caffeine that might help?

Ha, even the health and fitness expert Jillian Michaels hates cellulite! ^.^

While Jillian Michaels has motivated overweight contestants on the NBC reality show “The Biggest Loser” to drop the pounds, one of the hard line trainer’s toughest challenges may be behind her.
The 37-year-old told Fitness magazine in an interview published in its July/August 2011 issue that her least favorite part of her own body is her butt.
“I hate it!” she said. “There’s cellulite on it and no matter what I do, I can’t get rid of it. The reality is that it’s connective tissue. I can starve and my boobs will go and my face will get gaunt, but I will still have cellulite.”

Come on, look at Jillian Michaels! Who would be bothered much by the appearance of cellulite if they were in top shape like her!

This is an article published in year 2005, but it’s still highly useful when it comes to Tips on Getting Rid of Cellulite.

American women spend hundreds of millions of dollars every year on sucking machines, French creams, even anti-cellulite jeans, hoping to rid themselves of those unsightly skin dimples.
They’ll undergo treatments that include everything from the plastic wrap tricks, to zapping electric currents into trouble spots.
Elaine tried out shoes that some say make reducing cellulite as easy as a walk in the park. The shoes are supposed to increase muscle activity and circulation which the manufacturer claims may help reduce cellulite.
Her sandals from MBT cost $235.
You know, I was kind of surprised to find out that there were even shoes designed to combat cellulite at that time!
Okay, I admit that I was kind of outdated then and I am still now!

Question: How do I quickly get rid of cellulite on my arms?
Over the past few weeks I have been eating a lot of junk food and have developed a little bit of cellulite on my arms.
Since then I have removed all fatty foods from my diet and have been doing arm squats and running.
Is there anything else I should do to speed up the process of getting rid of the cellulite on my arms? Thanks.

Question: Do anti-cellulite creams really work?
Has anyone had any success with cellulite creams? If so, which ones?
If not, any other remedies that you know do work to get rid of cellulite?
Thanks!
