Do you feel relieved when you see female celebrity Tara Reid flashing her cellulite dimpled bum on the beach or young celebrity Mischa Barton revealing her cellulite thighs in her bikini? I do and I am sure you do, too. Seeing celebrities with celeb style cellulite gives you a sense of relief that even celebrities suffer from cellulite!

In actual fact, it’s not surprising that Tara Reid and other celebrities such as Mischa Barton and Jerry Hall suffer from cellulite. For your information, cellulite is a body condition that affects more than 90% of women, regardless of their age, race or weight.

Cellulite is caused by fat cells being trapped in a mesh of supporting tissue. If the supporting tissue becomes inflexible, through a poor supply of oxygen and blood, it will show up as lumpy orange-peel appearance.

No matter if you are a fat woman, slim mother, thin lady, super skinny lass, you will suffer from cellulite so long as you have fat cells in your body.

To reduce the appearance of cellulite on commonly affected areas such as hips, thighs, forearms or buttocks, change your diet. Evidence has shown that making some specific changes to your diet can help to reduce the appearance of cellulite.

The real key to reducing the appearance of cellulite is to lead a healthy lifestyle. Alcohol, cigarettes and coffee are toxins that block the blood vessels and blood supply, thus making body tissue inflexible. If your body tissue is inflexible, this increases the formation of cellulite.

Instead of eating junk food, oily food and processed food that cause a build up of cholesterol on blood vessel walls which restricts the blood flow, try eating foods such as chickpeas, soyabeans and alfafa sprouts. They contain saponin, a super nutrient which can help lower the cholesterol that clogs blood vessels. The less clogged blood vessels are, the stronger your blood supply will be and the more flexible your supporting tissue.

Cut down the intake of salt. Too much salt can increase fluid retention and toxic build-up in fat cells, thus make cellulite appear more prominently.

Consume more antioxidant foods that help increase blood flow. Aubergines, cherries, black grapes and berries are all are rich in anthocyanins, an antioxidant that may help maintain blood flow.

Drink plenty of water or fluid to help reduce fluid retention.

You can reduce the appearance of Tara Reid or Mischa Barton celebrity style cellulite by simply making some changes to your food diet.

Hear me right. If you are a woman above 30 years old, 90% of the chance that cellulite is after you. But of course, it doesn’t mean that 20 something lass doesn’t get cellulite. Young celebrity like Mischa Barton has been plagued by cellulite since she was over 20.

To be honest, I didn’t even know what cellulite was when I was younger. However, I started checking out, “What is cellulite?”, “What causes cellulite?”, “How to get rid of cellulite?”, “Which is the best anti-cellulite cure – anti-cellulite cream, cellulite lotion, cellulite exercise, bio ceramic anti cellulite shorts, cellulite massaging treatment program or liposuction?” when it finally dawned on me that those cottage cheese dimples appeared on my hips, thighs and buttocks.

Watch out the moment you reach your late thirties or early thirties. If you are leading a hectic lifestyle that lacks regular exercises, it’s for sure that cellulite will start to show up slowly. Pinch your thigh now to check if you have cellulite.

While it’s true that cellulite is not a disease, it definitely is not nice to look at. You don’t want to be embarrassed by dreaded orange-peel dimples on commonly affected areas of your legs when wearing a skimpy short skirt, do you?

Though it is a sad truth that women are more prone to cellulite problems than men due to the use of birth control pills and afterbirths, there are a wide range of cellulite creams, cellulite exercises, anti cellulite shorts, Endermologie massaging treatments, and even surgery options such as mesotherapy, liposuction or laser liposis that can reduce cellulite.

Cellulite reduction is not as particularly difficult as you think. The results you get depend entirely on the effort you put in fighting cellulite. No matter how much you know about a cellulite solution or anti cellulite product, you are the only one that has to work on the effort part on your own.

Get to know the cellulite treatment options available before you start combating your cellulite.

1. Cellulite Food Diets. Food diet is an effective way for you to reduce your cellulite naturally. If you want to remove cellulite as fast as possible, then you need to stop eating certain foods that you like but unfortunately, are increasing the formation of cellulite under the skin.

To achieve your cellulite reduction goal fast or slowly, it depends on whether you begin following a diet that is low in bad fat, calories, and toxins or still eating detrimental, cellulite producing foods such as junk food, processed food, refined carbohydrates like white bread and rice, sugar, saturated fats, caffeine, alcohol, to name a few.

2. Cellulite Exercises. Do you think taking 10-15 minutes a day to do some strength exercises is asking too much, especially if you are so motivated to get rid of cellulite?

I bet it’s very easy to squeeze out 10-15 minutes a day to do some strength exercises like leg raises, squats and lunges that focus on the lower half of the body if you are determined to eliminate cellulite. When you do these cellulite exercises, your blood circulation increases, leading to the reduction and formation of cellulite.

3. Anti-Cellulite Creams. Some still advocate the use of cellulite creams and lotions even though they only help stop the appearance of cellulite temporarily but cannot completely rid of the fat tissues and address the root cause of the problem.

Cellulite creams contain alpha-hydroxyl acids that do not actually get rid of cellulite but rather improve the elasticity of the skin, thus making the cellulite less obvious.

4. Anti-Cellulite Bio Ceramic Shorts. While wearing the anti-cellulite shorts, the short pants give your body the natural massage all the time and thus increase the blood circulation to the skin tissues. The will result in the elimination of toxins from the fat tissues under the skin and eventually reduce the formation of cellulite.

There is no one easy and permanent cure for cellulite. Sometimes you need a combination of two or three cellulite solutions or treatments to make cellulite disappear.

In general, women are the frequent victims of cellulite problems. Many people believe that only older people get cellulites, but the facts show that anyone can have cellulite, at any age. The problem can start when they are as young as 14 years old and as they mature, the affected areas become larger.

Women who are on birth control pills and those who had just given birth are also more susceptible. People who have suffered from injuries can also develop cellulites.

It was believed that only overweight people have cellulites. This is also untrue because you can still have them if you are thin. Thin people still acquire fatty tissue under the surface of their skin. Overweight people may have more fat deposits, but cellulite affects all shapes and sizes.
