These shorts really help you work up a great sweat when exercising; I love them so much I bought a second pair just a few days later. I now wear them every time I work out and I love that they are not only very comfortable, but look pretty stylish too. The quality is great; I’ve done hundreds of deep squats, lunges, and stretches in them and haven’t had any problems with the seams holding up. The only thing I don’t love about them is that, since I have a smaller waist for the size of my thighs, they are kind of loose in the stomach–but I guess they need to be so that you can still move around freely. Overall, I am extremely pleased with these shorts and highly recommend them.

I just received this item last week and they are very comfortable. However, it’s too seen to comment about the results. My only complaint is that the pants do make noise whenever I walk, which I will only wear it in the house because of that. But again, it’s a very comfortable fit, and I am looking forward to seeing results hopefully in the near future.

These are so comfortable & well-fitting I wish I could wear them 24/7!

Fits like a glove, so perfect! I will be buying another pair, although a tad expensive.

I was looking for work out shorts everywhere and wad happy to find those on amazon. good quality and they really work!
