Question: How long do you need to do workout to get rid of cellulite on your thighs?

I’m trying to do some workout but with working half the day I’m too tired but I do want to get into shape so I can rock a sexy bikini for the summer!

    i’ve been trying for 4 years i also use that firming lotion, its helped but i’ll probably have to do it for the rest of my life! that sounds thrilling doesn’t it my weight is 120lb and i’m 5’2

    Other than a good diet and cardio try this excercise and do it 4 to 5 times a week. It’s a very quick and effective excercise. Find a treadmill at your gym that will incline and raise it to the steepest setting, on the speed keep it very slow around .8 mph as you walk push the treadmill belt slightly faster than the belt is turning. This resistance should be felt in the calves, hamstrings, and glutes. I’ve had lots of success with clients that needed to get rid of cellulite with this excercise. This won’t take long to do, so you surely you can find 10-15 minutes a day to do this. Stay dedicated to it. Good luck.
