Buy a moisturizer that has a sunless tanner mixed in. The moisturizer will hydrate you skin and reduce the severity of the rippling. The sunless tanner will darken you skin making your cellulite less visible. This is a great cosmetic trick to hide cellulite while you work on lowering your body fat content.

Shop for a quality cellulite treatment cream. There are a lot of these products on the market. You want to look for a cream that contains antioxidants and anti-inflammatory ingredients.

Consider topical creams to that tighten the surface of the skin or the connective tissue beneath the skin. Amino acids, seaweed and ginkgo-biloba extracts all act as skin tighteners. Look for one or more of these ingredients on different anti-cellulite products.

Don&#039;t stop using topical treatments or the effects will wear off. These are only temporary fixes.

Try Aloe Vera cream. Many people report using a good Aloe Vera cream twice a day helps reduce the appearance of cellulite.

Try skin brushing. This technique is very simple and relatively inexpensive. Simply use a loofah sponge or a soft body brush and scrub your hips, thighs and belly. Blasting your glutes with squats and lunges are good to. Muscle will help even out the cellulite while you burn the fat. Increase your protein/leam meats and eat 5-6 small meals, low in carbs and make sure you do some type of cardio every day for 20-30 minutes to burn fat.

Keep at it and you will see results, I promise. Its more difficult for women to loose cellulite and fat, unfortunately our bodies are jsut made to hold on to a &quot;softer&quot; look.</description>

Also how much water do you drink a day? As well as the excercise make aure you drink the recommended 1.5 to 2 litres of water a day and eat at least 5 portions of fruit and veg a day. All this will aid your anti-cellulite plan.

Also, on a personal note - I don&#039;t know if this will work for you, but it does for me - exfoliate your skin in the affected area. It increases blood flow to the area which will help get rid of the cellulite.

		<description>All the workouts suggested sound good, but you should also try to buy some cellulite cream to reduce it in appearance. Some do not work, but the higher end priced ones actually help. Take some into consideration and try to find ratings on different brands, you will find a great one, but still workout alot!</description>
