Like most women, I didn’t have to worry about cellulite problem when I was younger. However, as I reached my early thirties and led a busy life that lacked regular exercises, cellulite started to show up slowly and surely.
While cellulite is not dangerous, it sure is not nice to look at. Finding those dreaded “crinkled-wrinkles” on areas of your legs, especially if they are visible when you wear short skirts does dampen your confidence, doesn’t it?

The sad truth about cellulite is that women are the frequent victims of cellulite problems. Women who are on birth control pills and those who have just given birth are also more susceptible.
Cellulite removal is not particularly easy; but then again, it isn’t ridiculously difficult either. In actuality, it is a lot like anything else in life — the results you get depend entirely on the effort you put in. Obviously, you’ll have to handle the effort part on your own, but as for the knowledge, just read through some of the cellulite treatments below.
1. Cellulite Diets. Nobody likes to stop eating the food they love, but that doesn’t change the fact that it is a great way to naturally get rid of cellulite. Since our bodies react to what we eat, eating harmful, cellulite producing foods will be detrimental to any sort of cellulite reduction goals. Therefore, begin crafting a diet that is low in “bad” fat, calories, and toxins.
Reduce your consumption of junk food, processed food, refined carbohydrates like white bread and rice, sugar, saturated fats, caffeine, alcohol, etc.
Increase the intake of water, fruits, vegetables, fatty fish, fish oils, fat-free dairy, beans, peas, walnuts, whole grains, lean meats with the fat removed, vegetable juice, herbal teas, etc.
2. Cellulite Exercises. Take 10-15 minutes a day and do some strength exercises like leg raises, squats and lunges that focus on the lower half of the body. When you do these exercises, your blood flow, circulation, and muscle increases, leading to the reduction and prevention of cellulite. Honestly, 10 minutes a day is not asking much, especially for someone motivated to reduce cellulite.
3. Cellulite Creams. Cellulite creams and lotions may help temporarily in preventing the appearance of cellulites but they cannot completely eradicate the tissues and address the root of the problem. Cellulite creams that contain alpha-hydroxyl acids do not actually remove the cellulites but rather improve the elasticity of the skin, thus making the cellulites less obvious.
There are no easy cellulite treatments in making cellulite disappear. It takes focus and true dedication to see satisfying results.
